Had a great Easter at this hotel! Loved the hot springs and all the included treatments. the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a lot of variety. Plus, the rooms were clean and cozy.

The elevator was a bit slow and needed some repairs. the towels could have been newer and of better quality.

Nice hotel in the thermal station. Very quiet situation. Helpful personnal and huge breakfast buffet.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The staff here are incredibly kind and welcoming, from the receptionists at both the hotel and spa to the hardworking people in the spa. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and very clean. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning and the food in the restaurant was diverse and tasty. We were particularly impressed with the two beautiful indoor swimming pools and the relaxing jacuzzi. The hotel's spa facilities, including the Bali massage, were excellent and well worth the price. The wifi connection was also very good, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay.

We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities including a spa and wellness center with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, massage, and Turkish bath.

Nothing is perfect.

We had an amazing stay at a spa resort, enjoying sparkling clean swimming pools and a top-class spa center. the room was spotless, spacious, and furnished with a minibar, slippers, and bathrobes. Breakfast was plentiful, including homemade products, and the restaurant offered delicious meals and good service. We loved the view of the surrounding landscape with waterbirds. the hotel's location offered easy access to Predeal skiing, tram 3 to the train station, and other attractions.

The phonic isolation could benefit from improvement, but it didn't detract from the overall pleasant experience.

The hotel offered great spa facilities and a variety of indoor and outdoor pools to choose from. They also had a nice restaurant with good food at affordable prices. The rooms were well maintained and clean, which made my stay more comfortable. the hotel had a perfect location for easy access to nearby attractions and landmarks.

The bar staff was not very accommodating, and we felt unwelcome when we arrived late. the staff member gave us the wrong information about the opening times for the bar and the restaurant.

I loved the spa facilities here - the Bali massage was amazing and definitely worth the price. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were also very nice, clean and refreshing. The staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay. The location was excellent and easily accessible by tram 3, train station, and close to Predeal skiing.
